A deposit of 50% of the quoted price must be paid at least 20 (twenty) days before the event. Your reservation will then be deemed as "PROVISIONAL" until the outstanding amount is paid. All "Reservations" CANCELLED in less than fifteen (15) working days prior to the event date , will result in forfeiting 30% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation. All "Reservations" CANCELLED in less than ten (10) working days prior to the event date, will result in forfeiting 50% of the amount paid at the time of cancellation. Please note that ALL cancellations must be in writing and should reach our office according to the conditions as stated above. All payments can be made utilising the following methods:
We can only accept either VISA or MASTERCARD and do not add any Bank Levy (6%) (NOT AVAILABLE AS OPTION YET) We regret to advise that due to stringent FICA regulations and "Clearance" delays, we are unable to accept any cheques. The occupants of the vehicle are responsible for the interior and contents of the vehicle, and are requested to kindly report any Breakages / Damage prior to departing and on returning the vehicle at the end of the event. Please discuss any "Route Changes" with the Chauffeur to prevent any delays or confusion. You may, at your discretion, tip the Chauffeur if you were happy with the service. Should you wish to provide your own beverages for the trip, kindly state this on the 'Reservation" form at the time of completion. If for any reason the Chauffeur is delayed, the client will be informed of the delay and advised of the subsequent arrival time. When the vehicle arrives at your destination, kindly remain seated and wait for the Chauffeur to open the doors. In the unlikely event of a "Breakdown", a backup vehicle will be dispatched to you immediately to minimise any inconvenience to the event.
